SCARCE ORIGINAL 1941 NAZI ARCHITECTURE PHOTO BOOK BY ALBERT SPEER

This excellent 8-3/4 x 11-1/2 inch, 196 page hardcover book was published in 1941 by order of the Mayor of Munich, Reichsleiter Karl Fiehler by the Central Publishing House of the NSDAP, Franz Eher Nachf. in Munich. The heavily illustrated book is a very interesting documentation of the im-provements in the so called ‘Hauptstadt der Bewegung’ (Capital of the [Nazi] Movement). Shown are not only the many impressive Nazi party buildings, new schools, armed forces barracks, new factories, restored historic buildings, ec. but also the improvements regarding quality of life, better working conditions, how to spend free time in Munich and so on. Probably the best book on Munich that was published between 1933 and 1945.
