This 7 x 10 inch, 128 page hardcover book by Chief of Police in Prussia, Dr. W. Abegg was published in 1926 by Verlag Gersbach & Sohn in Berlin. The book is about children and teenager who came into conflict with the law and contains very interesting, illustrated crime reports. Very nice condition. This is volume eight of a series of Police books.
