With this SS Totenkopf Division group, we are presenting the most valuable Waffen-SS document set that we ever offered on the OD43 website. In terms of completeness, this group is unique; it spans everything from the initial enlistment declaration to the soldier’s death. Throughout the years, we have never seen a comparable SS Totenkopf document group. It also includes two exceptionally rare documents: the appointment certificate and the award document for the War Merit Cross (KVK) 2nd Class with Swords—featuring pre-printed SS runes—both of which are extraordinarily rare items. Among Waffen-SS award documents, those issued to members of an SS Panzer regiment are by far the most valuable. The four postcard-sized images are of such high quality—showing the ‘Totenkopf’ collar tab and SS Panzer uniform—that we value each one at $500.00.
