This hard to find 9-1/2 x 12-1/2 inches book was published as volume two of a planned series of cigarette albums. The first volume was published in 1933 with the title Kampf ums Dritte Reich. The album has 100 very interesting pages on everything that was improved by the National Socialists in the first year since they took over in 1933! The book has many illustrations and several full page photos plus 320(!) pasted in phot-like pictures, about 85% of them in full color! There are no cigarette photo cards missing, except for one they are all accuratley pasted in the album. The album is complete and in very good condition. The photos are made by the Heinrich Hoffmann studios in Munich, Adolf Hitlers personal photographer. Here is a brief summary of the content of this very interesting publication: 30 January 1933 the day when Reichs President v. Hindenburg orders Hitler to form the new government, fight against unemployment, one example is the start of the construction of the Reichsautobahn, the role of the SA in the new Germany, Reichsparteitag 1933, reform of the German farming organization, great reports on Hitler Youth and Bund Deutscher Mädel, getting prepared for the XI. 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Nazi German art and culture, a lot of Adolf Hitler photos and much much more!
