ORIGINAL BLANK U-BOAT DOCUMENT / URKUNDE

8-1/8 x 10-1/2 inch blank U-boat document, probably from the U-boat base at the Atlantic coast in German occupied France (Lorient). Held up to the light it shows hidden the French maker ‘Registreale Alexandre Moret’. This ‘Urkunde’ would have been given to a member of the German U-boats who won at some sports event or competition, but this one was never issued. Something you never see and will be shipped with protective sleave. Has been folded but quality thick paper is solid.
