Offered here is a scarce original photo documentation that was published in 1945 by the 7th US Army that liberated the camp shortly before. The book has 68 pages, the text is in English and the pictures were taken by members of the 7th US Army when they entered the concentration camp in April of 1945. The book contains a lot of information about the history of KL Dachau, the nearby town, who the inmates were, how many arrived in the camp and how many died, causes of death, some of them given back by eye witnesses, even excerpts of a diary that one of the inmates secretly kept. A hard to find publication in near mint condition.
