This scarce book set, offered are all four volumes that were published, was written by Dr. Georg Usadel and published in 1939 by the Kultur und Aufbau Verlag in cooperation with the well known Stalling printing house in Oldenburg, Germany. The books cover the history of the German Reich from 1918 (the end of World War One – Germany was defeated) to 1939 (Germany was again on the way to become the leading nation in Europe).
Volume I covers the years 1918 to 1920
Volume II covers the years 1921 to 1923
Volume III covers the years 1924 to 1932
Volume IV covers the years 1933 to 1939
On together well over 1,000 pages with about 700 photos (many rare photos from the so called “Kampfjahre” (fighting years) these books give a lot of detailed information on the German history in the time frame 1918-1939, of course seen in the National Socialist, anti-Communist and also anti-Semitic way. All four volumes are complete; the bindings are tight and there is no damage to any of the pages. A very interesting book set.
