This fantastic 12-1/2 x 15 inch, 32 page special edition publication was published in 1937 by order of the Command of the Luftwaffe Luftkreis V on occasion of the completion of their new building in Munich. It is made out of high quality heavy paper, it documents the entire process from the planning over the first dig in the mud, the visit of Luftwaffe Generalmajor Kesselring on the construction site to the day it was completed. This copy must been presented to somebody who was somehow involved in the construction, enclosed is a Thank You card with facsimile signature of Kesselring and the schedule of the festivities on 12 May 1937 when the project was completed. A very interesting item in excellent condition!
