The 6-1/4 x 8 inch, 200-page soft cover book by Arm. Mergen was published in 1942 by Buchdruckerei Jos. Beffort, Luxemburg. The book lists 200 criminal cases that were committed by supposedly mentally ill criminals. According to the German laws of the time alcoholics, homosexuals, etc. also belonged into this category. The book shows some wear but is complete, no loose pages and in overall fair condition. Very interesting material.
