Rare book written by the commander of the famous SS Wewelsburg Castle SS-Hauptsturmführer Manfred von Knobelsdorff. The only published known book to have been written at the Wewelsburg. The book itself is the first volume (Band 1) of a series of books listing detailed ancestral genealogy of the Deutsche Bauernführer (German Farmer Leaders). The first volume being for the Reichsbauernführer himself, SS-Obergruppenführer Richard Walther Darre. Manfred von Knobelsdorff married Ilse Darre who was Richard Walther Darre’s sister. The book was published in 1935 by Reichsnährstand Verlag in Berlin. Has one small spot on cover otherwise mint.
