The document was issued on 9 November 1937 by the Gestapo Kiel and was distributed to all Gestapo, Ortspolizei, Grenzpolizei and Staatspolizei offices in the northern part of Germany. The letter deals about the ongoing intimate relationships of ‘jüdische Mischlinge’ (so called Half and Quarter Jews) with ‘Deutschblütige’ (German pure blooded ‘Aryans’) and that those individuals have to be warned that, if they don’t end these relationships, the Jewish partners will get arrested (Schutzhaft).
