UNIQUE DUO RFSS HIMMLER SIGNED PHOTO + PEIPER SIGNED LETTER TO HJ BOY

Very interesting duo – we have never seen something similar! A schoolboy and Hitlerjunge Thorsten Martini from Berlin wrote a letter with a poem to the Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler in which he asked for a signed photograph that also contained a stamp of Himmler’s office. At the time the well-known SS-Hauptsturmführer Jochen Peiper was first Adjutant of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler, and he wrote back to the HJ boy Martini on the official stationery. Peiper confirms the receipt of Martini’s letter and writes that Himmler was pleased to read what he wrote, including a poem. Peiper goes on saying that HH of course is happy to send him the requested signed and stamped photograph and that he wishes him the best of luck for his future and for his career as a soldier.
