This 9-1/2 x 11-3/4 inch, 100+ page hardcover book was published in 1943 by the mayor of Nuremberg, which was the sister city of U-453. The heavily illustrated book introduces the entire crew of the boat, contains entries of the log-book with everything that happened on the war patrols of the boat. U-453 was sunk in 1944.
