This 6-1/4 x 9-1/4 inch, 32-page booklet in very nice condition by Walther Blachettas was published in 1941 by Widukind Verlag in Berlin. The heavily illustrated publication is a very interesting study on runic symbols, many of which the Nazis adopted.
The book comes from the estate of Arthur Adam, the Chief Telephonist at the Wolfsschanze (Wolf’s Lair) who identified Colonel Graf Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg as the one responsible for the bomb attempt on Hitler’s life on 20 July 1944. We was very well rewarded for that by Hitler.
