The 5 x 7-1/2 inch, 346-page hardcover book by SS-Standartenführer Gunter D’Alquen was published in 1937 by Zentralverlag der NSDAP, Franz Eher Nachf. in Berlin. The author was chief editor of the weekly ‘Das Schwarze Korps’, the official newspaper of the Schutzstaffel, and commander of the propaganda formation of SS-Standarte Kurt Eggers. The book, with SS runes on spine and title page, deals about the important role of the SS newspaper to spread anti-Semitism and Nazi beliefs. A seldom seen book in good condition.
