13-1/2 x 8 inches textbook SA double sided pennant. This one has two metal stiffers or thin rods inside for support. The very tip has punched through but barely noticeable (see photo). Has all 3 brass hanging loops but one came loose on stitching but wasn’t lost! Its pinned to pennant.
