BOUGHT FROM HIS SON MANY YEARS AGO
A RARE HISTORIC ITEM WITH FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR AUTHENTICITY
Original 7 x 9 inches watercolor by the hand of Gauleiter of Franconia and publisher of the antisemitic newspaper ‘Der Stürmer’ as well as of antisemitic books for children (i.e. ‘Der Giftpilz’), Julius Streicher. Our seller’s contact in Berchtesgaden who is a lifelong resident and historian bought a few from another friend of his who lives in Nürnberg. Both of these guys are older and knew all of the big Third Reich families and spoke with them regularly after the war. These were bought from Streicher’s son Lothar who was SS and quite a nasty guy himself. The two photos show young Lothar with his father Julius Streicher and the second is of Lothar as an old man holding one of his father’s watercolors.
