ORIGINAL 1940 NAZI PROPAGANDA BOOK IN ENGLISH FOR AMERICAN READERS

The 7 x 10 inch, 96-page softcover book in very good condition was published in 1940 by the German “propaganda outpost” in New York, the German Library of Information. This institution published a series of (today rare) books and a periodical to inform the American people about the Third Reich. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec 7, 1941 and Germany’s following declaration of war against the United States, the German Library of Information was closed. The book that is offered for sale presents facsimiles of British and French documents and background information on England’s plan to occupy Norway, orders for the French detachment operating in Belgium and much more (please see the index on the pictures). A scarce book, published by a German institution in America of which few people know that they even existed!
