This original cup is a nice piece of memorabilia from the 1936 Olympic Summer Games in Berlin. The cup is 70mm or 2-3/4 inches in diameter at the top, plus handle, has two sets of Olympic rings as well as the Berlin coat of arms and the writing ‘XI. Olympische Spiele Berlin’. The cup is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, the 110mm or 4-3/8 inch in diameter saucer has a repair (see photos). Souvenirs like this one were sold 90 years ago in Berlin when the Olympic Games took place.
