The 4 x 5-3/4 inch, 850 and 764-page books by Dr. Karl Vogt were published in 1936 and 1937 by the Reichsbund der deutschen Beamten (Reich Association of German Civil Servants) and printed by Beamtenpresse Gmbh in Berlin and are in very good condition. They contain a ton of information that was helpful for the civil servants in Hitler-Germany.
