This fantastic 8 x 10-1/2 inch, 1,010-page(!) hardcover book by Hans Weigert was published in 1942 by Propyläen Verlag in Berlin. The book is a comprehensive summary of German art, from the stone age to Hitler-Germany, heavily illustrated – about half of the book is all pictures. The book is in nice condition and comes with its original, damaged, dust jacket.
