Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg ‘s signature is among the rarest of all Third Reich and World War Two signatures and rarely one comes up for sale, making rare Hitler, Himmler, Heydrich signatures appear as mass merchandise. Offered for sale is a letter on the official OKH stationary to General Leeb that is dated 15 June 1944 – only a few weeks before he placed the briefcase bomb at Hitler’s headquarters in East Prussia on 20 July 1944. In April of 1943 he was severely wounded in North Africa and lost an eye as well as the right hand. When he signed this document in June of 1944 he had to sign with his other hand and therefore his signature looks like the writing of a child. Full money back guarantee for authenticity. OD43 is probably the only place where you can choose between two documents signed by Stauffenberg. We know of only one other Stauffenberg signed document that is currently offered on another site in Europe, for thousands of dollars (Euros) more than our asking price.

The movie Valkyrie with Tom Cruise playing von Stauffenberg made this most famous of all individuals who tried to remove Hitler from power by killing him known to all who might not have heard from him before.

Again, the document is dated 15 June 1944 with the ink signature of Graf Stauffenberg. Interesting side note: the document originated at the Army High Command in Berlin, Tirpitzufer where Stauffenberg and his main co-conspirators were executed on 21 July 1944, one day after the failed attempt on Hitler’s life in the Wolfs Lair in East Prussia and when the putsch, codenamed Operation Valkyrie, failed and von Stauffenberg and others involved in the putsch were arrested. Stauffenberg was executed only 36 days after he signed this beyond rare document.
