Offered for sale is a RARE ORIGINAL 1943 PHOTO BOOK ON THE MAKING OF COLOR MOVIES ‘FILM UND FARBE’ (Movie and Color)
The 8-1/2 x 11-3/4 inch, 120 page hardcover book in very nice condition (only imperfection is some minor damage to the spine, no loose or damaged pages and the binding is tight) was published in 1943 by Max Hesses Verlag in Berlin on occasion of the annual convention of movie makers that took place in Dresden in October of 1942. The book contains a ton of in dept information about the making of color movies, the techniques, material, etc., making this an important asset for anyone who has an interest in this subject. The book even deals about color TV, at a time when regular black and white TV was only a few years old.
