The 13-1/2 x 18 inch(!) portfolio was published in 1941 by the Armee-Nachrichten-Regiment, 1. Kompanie and contains prints of drawings from members of this unit who put on paper what they saw in the Balkan (southeastern part of Europe, i.e. Greece). An interesting and not often seen item in nice condition.
