This 10-3/4 x 13-1/2 inch, 168 page hardcover book by Otto Heuser was published in 1939 by Verlag Wolff in Flensburg, German – probably only in a very small number of copies. All photos were taken by the author who was an instructor of gymnastics and who took pictures of his female students when they were performing the dance and gymnastic moves he taught them. Physical exercise was regarded very important in Nazi Germany because only a person that is mentally and physically fit can be a contributing member of society. The book is printed on high quality paper and, except for a minor damage at the top and bottom of the spine, in very good condition.
