This excellent 6-1/4 x 8-1/2inch, 240 page hardcover book by Dipl.-Ing. Hans Schoszberger was published in 1934 by Bauwelt Verlag in Berlin. It contains a lot of information about the danger of air raids for the civilian population and how they can be protected by the construction of air raid shelters and bunkers. It is interesting that the construction of bunkers begun shortly after Adolf Hitler came to power. Th ebook depicts different styles of bunkers, how to ventilate them, how to integrate them in the residential areas of towns and big cities throughout Germany. The book is in very good condition, the binding is tight and there ar eno loose or missing pages.
