51 x 31 inches unfinished, factory removed State Service flag.  The two ends were never finished, and we have seen this many times over the years. The GI would liberate the flag factory and bring items home. Nice quality wool and this one is about mint. Part of a vets grouping we just listed and 100% textbook bring back that was never in a collection. Great display size too.
