A VERY INTERESTING PUBLICATION

Offered for sale is this 6 x 8-1/4 inch, 144-page hardcover book by Adolf Schmidt, published in 1942 by Junge Generation Verlag in Berlin. The book deals about the ‘Kinderlandverschickung’, a program in which children from the cities spent time in youth camps, youth hostels and other official installations on the countryside, as well as taking trips within Germany to see not only the nature and historic sites but also visit places of importance for the Nazi movement. The book has interesting photos throughout and is in very nice condition.
