This 8 x 8 inch, 220 page soft cover book, full of photos and advertisements, was the official exhibition catalogue of a big exhibition that took place in 1938 in Berlin. The exhibition dealt about the importance of eating and living healthy because only a happy and healthy individual can contribute to the society as a whole. The Nazis recognized that and numerous programs were put in effect that improved not only the working and living conditions but often also made physical exercise mandatory. This catalogue gives a good impression of the entire program the Nazis invented to ensure that the German laborer stayed healthy and happy to be as productive as possible.
