It describes in great detail how the Nazis united the German workforce in the Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF or German Labor Front) and NSBO (National-sozialistische Betriebszellen Organisation, how working conditions and efficiency were improved right after the National Socialists came to power and how the German workers and farmers became the backbone of Germany’s economy and the main force that brought Germany back to wealth. Adolf Hitler declared that the German worker and farmer is something noble.
