EXCELLENT ORIGINAL 1938 PHOTO BOOK ON HITLER’S BERLIN

This 6 x 9 inch, 180 page hardcover book in very good condition by Dr. Robert v. Wahlert was published in 1938 by Verlag Scherl in Berlin. It is full of excellent full and half page photos showing the beautiful old Berlin as well as the new Berlin with new structures that were built under the Nazis such as the Air State Ministry, the huge complex for the 1936 Olympic Summer Games, Reichs-Autobahn, new settlements for Berlin’s working class, among others. Also well documented is the daily and cultural life in Berlin one year before the outbreak of World War Two. A very interesting book!
