This 5-1/2 x 7-1/2 inch, 568-page hardcover book by SS-Obersturmbannführer and Oberleutnant der Polizei Karl Fischer was first published in 1940 by Verlag R. Eisenschmidt in Berlin. Offered here is a nice copy of the revised 4th edition, published in 1943. The book is in nice condition, only the title page has been removed. The book has over 400(!) illustrations, four full color and two b/w fold-out charts. The very interesting book explains every handgun, submachine gun and machine gun that the Nazi Police used! Besides that, the book also depicts other equipment used by the Nazi Police, such as binoculars, field kitchens and gear for the mounted Police. A real asset and must-have for everyone who is interested in historical Third Reich Police and SS material!
