1942 XXXXVII. PANZERKORPS WINTER BATTLE WATERCOLORS PORTFOLIO

This seldom seen 9 x 12-1/2-inch portfolio by Fritz Brauner was published in 1942 by Bibliographisches Institut in Leipzig. It contains prints of 24 watercolors by Fritz Brauner, a Private in the XXXXVII. Panzerkorps. He made these paintings while his unit was battling not only the Red Army but also the Russian winter. The folder shows minor signs of wear, the 24 prints and the index sheet (complete set) are in very nice condition.
