The 5 x 7 inch, 62-page soft cover book was published in 1934 by the Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB) and printed in Berlin. The illustrated book is a guide for the individual Fellow German (‘Volksgenosse’) what to do during an air raid, how to protect yourself, your family and your property, preventive measures to take before an air raid, such as how to quickly extinguish flames and with what, what to have at the ready in case the sirens go off, etc.
