1938 OVERSIZE THIRD REICH PHOTO BOOK ON HITLER’s S.A.

This rare 10-1/2 x 14-1/1 inch, 128-page soft cover book in very good condition is full of photos showing everything that has something to do with the S.A., the history of the S.A., their uniforms, their martyrs (i.e., Horst Wessel), their heroic fight against communism, parades, etc. etc., etc.! Also, every SA branch (Marine-SA, Reiter-SA, etc.) is depicted and explained.

This heavily illustrated book is a unique reference guide with photos on every page, many of them huge full page and even double page photos.

It was published by order of the S.A. leadership and printed in 1938 by Verlag Franz Eher, the printing house of the NSDAP as a special edition of the “Illustrierter Beobachter”, the heavily illustrated NSDAP periodical. Very nice condition
