This 5-3/4 x 8-1/4 inch, 46-page soft cover booklet was a monthly publication by the NS-Führungsstab (political leadership) of the Wehrmacht High Command. Each issue deals about one political subject to teach commanders of Wehrmacht units the reasons why Germany is fighting this war. Offered here is issue #4 (April) 1944 with anti-American Nazi propaganda. The Nazis were convinced that the United States were run by Jews and Freemasons. And, as Germany had a ‘Jewish Question’ (Judenfrage), the USA have to deal with the ‘Negro Question’ (Negerfrage) – see on one of the pictures. These were never for public sale and only circulated within the Wehrmacht.
