Adolf Hitler 1.5 x lifesize Bronze Bust by T.H. Linz. It was recently found buried at a construction site in central Berlin. The stone base is original and the piece was only rinsed. The neck has a mark from smoldering shrapnel from what was likely a bomb or some other explosion. The front of the base once had a plaque but is long gone. Other than that, some dents and nicks, the bronze is largely intact and being bronze has kept in excellent shape being in the ground for 80 years. 18 inches in total. 15 inches bronze, 3 inches stone. The Linz busts are typically marked on the back of the neck (but not always!) No markings can be seen on this one (likely due to the patina buildup). The cap in one of the pictures is only for size comparison and not included.
