The 9-1/2 x 12-1/4 x 1-1/2 inch, 416 page hardcover book was written by Hauptschriftleiter Arnold Schley and published in 1934 by Verlag A. Heinig in Wiesbaden. The books intention was to describe the principles of the Nazi party, what they were fighting for and also what they already had achieved in the first year of Hitler’s reign. All important aspects are well described, such as employment, uprise of the economy, the reorganization of the Police and armed forces, the improvements in housing and working conditions of the average worker as well as the better quality of freetime spent because of the KdF programs, the Hitler Youth, the Reichsautobahn and transportation in general, National Socialist racial and cultural views, etc.! Other chapters deal about the new Germany and its relations to other countries, defense against anti-German propaganda and much more! It is heavily illustrated with 200+ photos, many of them are full page photos. This scarce item is in very good condition and will make an important addition to every collection of NSDAP history!
