This 7-3/4 x 10-1/2 inch, 96-page soft cover book was published in 1938 by Heinrich Hoffmann Publishing House in Munich. Offered here is a copy with rare original dust jacket (showing some wear). Prof. Heinrich Hoffmann’s official title was Photobildberichterstatter der Reichsleitung der NSDAP (official photographer of the NSDAP Reich Leadership and Hitlers personal photographer). The book is a photo report about Adolf Hitlers State visit to Italy. The book contains an introduction by Reichspressechef (Reich Press Leader) Dr. Otto Dietrich, followed by a photo chapter with 126 excellent black & white photos. Hoffmann published dozens of photo books on Adolf Hitler, and all have become rare collectibles today, Hitler in Italien is among the hardest ones to find. A rare addition to every collection of historical Third Reich, especially Adolf Hitler material.
