The size of this hard-to-find hardcover photo book is 8 x 10-1/2 inch with about 100 pages and about the same number of excellent photos about Adolf Hitler’s visit of his native country Austria, right after the historic event in 1938 when Austria became part of the German Third Reich which from then on was called “Grossdeutsches Reich” (Greater German Reich). The photos are from Hitler’s personal photographer, Reichsbildberichterstatter Prof. Heinrich Hoffmann and the book was published in 1938 by Zeitgeschichte Verlag in Berlin. The copy shows wear, especially the original dust jacket but complete and the binding is tight.
