This 6 x 8-1/2 inch, 196 page hardcover book in very nice condition was written by Oberst Irnfried Freiherr v. Wechmar, a Knights Cross holder of the Afrikakorps who must have commanded a reconnaissance unit in North Africa. The book comes with its original dust jacket and is a very interesting eye-witness account of the war in North Africa.
