5-1/4 x 7-3/4 inch, 360-page soft cover manual, published in 1940 by Verlag Mittler & Sohn in Berlin. This training manual for new recruits of the Wehrmacht has 500(!) pictures and illustrations and was for the infantryman of the tank destroyer unit. It is one volume of a series of books, each covering a certain branch of the Wehrmacht, covering rank, uniforms, marksmanship, weapons, land navigation, map reading, drill, and all the basics of being a ‘Landser’ in the Wehrmacht. Some dirt spots on the cover, otherwise nice condition.
