The heavily illustrated 4-1/2 x 6 inch, 420-page soft cover book in very nice condition was published in 1930 by the German Red Cross in Berlin. The book was a training manual for the Sanitätskolonnen (medics in the military), Pflegerschaften und Samaritervereine of the German Red Cross.
