The 5-1/4 x 7-3/4 inch, 246-page hardcover photo book in nice condition with original dust jacket by Hellmut Fuhring was published in 1939 by Bertelsmann Verlag in Guetersloh. The book is an account of the fight of the Legion Condor of the Nazi German Luftwaffe in the Spanish civil war in 1936. This was the first test of how the new created Luftwaffe performs.
