The 5-1/2 x 7-1/2 inch 230-page hardcover book in very nice condition and with original (damaged) dust jacket by Dr. Robert Ley, head of the Deutsche Arbeitsfront, was published in 1937 by Zentralverlag der NSDAP Franz Eher Nachf. in Munich. The book is a call-up to the German people, especially the German workforce to commit all their strength to the rebuilding of Germany. The title is already suggesting that. The book is also about the NS-Ordensburgen, the Nazi elite schools and how the selection process worked. A very interesting book.
