The 6 x 9 inch, 96-page hardcover book by Heinrich Bielfeldt was published in 1937 by Verlag Lipsius in Kiel and was the first reading book for first graders in public schools in the northern part of Germany. The book for sure was used but no pages are missing or damaged. Some of the content is clearly pro-Nazi.
