The 8 x 11-1/2 inch hardcover book in nice condition was published in 1939 by order of the mayor of Munich, Reichsleiter Karl Fiehler by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Zeitgeschichte publishing house. On 134 heavily illustrated pages this book gives a very good overview on Third Reich Munich. All photos are explained in four languages (German, English, French and Italian), lots of them show the new Nazi architecture while others show what the inhabitants of the “Hauptstadt der Bewegung” do in their free time as well as a lot of other interesting aspects of this wonderful city in Bavaria.
