IN THE HARD-TO-FIND DELUXE HARDCOVER EDITION

Prof. Heinrich Hoffmann was the Photoberichterstatter der Reichsleitung der NSDAP – (official photographer of the Reich Leadership of the NSDAP) and in this position also Adolf Hitler’s personal photographer. It is said that he took about two million(!) photos of the Führer and some of the best photos he used in a series of books on Adolf Hitler that he had published shortly before and during the Third Reich. They are all 7 x 10 inch books, containing between 66 and 100 pages and are all heavily illustrated. Most of the Hoffmann books were published in soft cover, a smaller number of copies was also published in hardcover. Offered here is a Deluxe edition in hardcover that was published in 1935 by Zeitgeschichte Verlag in Berlin that shows Adolf Hitler with children on various occasions, including HJ and BDM groups visiting the Berghof. Very nice condition.
