The 6 x 9 inch, 154 page hardcover book (48 pages are only photos) was written by Polizeihauptmann Hans Richter and published in 1941 by the Central Publishing House of the NSDAP, Franz Eher, Nachf. The book is a report about the challenging task for the German Police to bring law and order to the countries and regions that were under German control in 1941 like France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Norway, Poland!
