The 5-1/2 x 7-1/2 inch songbook with 280 pages was the official songbook of the Reichsjugendführung for the Hitler-Jugend and contains hundreds of songs sung by the organized boys in Hitler-Germany on various occasions, such as May 1st or 9. November, marching, camping, etc. as well as a wide variety of Nazi songs. Each chapter starts with a full page ‘patriotic’ illustration.
It was published by the Reichsjugendführung (Reich Youth Leadership) and printed in 1939 by the Central Publishing House of the NSDAP in Munich.
The spine is damaged, and a piece is missing at the top of the spine (see photos) but the binding is tight, and the inside of the book is complete and nice.
